House Of Excellence Optima Resources

Today's Innovations for Tomorrow's Business...

We, at Optima, in our House of Excellence (HOE) aim towards strengthening existing competencies and building new ones.

One of the major goals of our HOE is to scan for the emerging technologies and identify ways to leverage these technologies for better customer service. We seek improvement in software processes by aiding methodology development.

Our team in HOE identifies and researches the generic as well as the specific technologies. Our team focuses on initiatives aimed at assimilating the knowledge in various technology areas and disseminating it to the various delivery groups within the organization.

HOE is also engaged in identifying companies in a selected technical space and work towards an alliance with these companies. HOE fosters and nurtures technology alliances with leading technology providers in niche as well as general technology areas.

Architecture Repository
The importance of a right architecture can never be overemphasized. A sound architecture goes a long way in ensuring the success of any project.

We have years of experience in various technologies like MS, Java, J2EE, Corba, and Cobol.

A wide variety of architectures have been designed in this process. We, at Optima, have identified the need to retain this knowledge that is gained over the years. We have formed an Architecture Repository.

This repository holds the knowledge gained over years in terms of architectures for various scenarios, using various technologies and design patterns that are tested over a period of time within and outside the organization.

This repository is an invaluable source during design or a detailed design phase. It also helps during proposal phases to draw multiple architecture for given a scenario, quickly.

It is our constant effort to keep this repository updated with new architectures that are possible, due to technical advancement taking place in our ever-changing IT industry.
